Looks exactly as pictured. All of the details are there, even on the bones. Not sure anyone would notice it's a skull but it is cute. The eye crystal is probably glued in, not sure how long it stays in but the other 2 crystals are pronged in and seem quite stable. The 2 side skulls are not really noticeable, they sit between your fingers. Overall I really like it a lot. How long the gunmetal stays on remains to be seen but for now it's really a great little inexpensive ring. The top skull is about 9mm or almost 1 centimeter. Also it came in about 18 days, much quicker than the shipping said it would be.
