I use it for one insulin pen and two small pill bottles (to store pen needles and used sharps). Over summer it works with one ice pack, but otherwise it keeps my insulin at room temperature without issues. While on errands it clips nicely to my purse and doesn't get in the way. I'm very happy with this purchase.Worked well, didn’t find it stayed cold for long when travelling. Came with 2 freezer packs but when you on road can’t keep 2nd pack cold to switch over.Case is good quality.Good pouch for insulin. Seems to keep cold for a long time. Sometimes i use both cooling packs for extra long cooling. Would buy again
