It's really hard to find a decent padded roll to fit more than 4 watches, and this is a good one. I've bought three of these over the past few years, and glad they are still making them when others have discontinued making them. Most others of this type only fit narrow bracelets or pendants.This is a great product to take my watch collection with me when I travel.It only gets 4 instead of 5 stars as it's advertised to carry something like 18 or twenty watches or bracelets and while there ARE that many slots - I don't actually see it carrying this many men's watches - maybe very small women's watches.That's the only bad thing I can say, so there, I said it, now, the thing works great - extremely high quality velvet from what I can feel, I carry 8 watches in it and could probably squeeze one or two more in if I didn't mind them touching.Like the other reviewers stated, watches with metal bands - meaning they don't come apart like a buckle band - don't fit in as well, but I was able to pretty easily figure out how to get all my watches in - you just won't be able to get the watch under both elastic bands on the top and bottom, but this hasn't made a difference for me.The thing is super light and was a great replacement for the bulky watch display case that I had before and has already paid for itself with savings on Airline Excess Baggage fees.Bought this for my Apple Watch bands as there really is no ideal case for travelers. I have about 8 Apple Watch bands and I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes to change them out frequently. While a little bulky, the case provides good protection for regular watches or Apple Watch bands.The case had that factory smell and I had to let it air out for a couple days. Other than that, no issues. I did a lot of research and this really is the best travel solution for Apple Watch bands.as others have noted it holds closer to nine watches than eighteen. .. personally, i prefer the flip-book binder 8-watch zippered case holders. they take up about the same volume but offer much faster access. .. i will say, this is better for swatches than the binder-style; this roll allows the swatches to stay flat. .. the material is fine, as is construction.Case does everything it is supposed to. I just wish I could find solution to include metal clasp watches, as those don't fit in this one as wellThey made the spaces too small for most mens watches. Too narrow. Can't fit watches in, side by side, and not have them overlapping. Too bad. Widen the slots, fit fewer watches in the roll, but protect them better.Bought this for my wife and I to be able to bring extra Apple Watch bands with us when we travel. We haven't used it yet, but it appears that it will suit our needs perfectly. It looks and feels very nice. It is a little larger than we expected it to be, but that is not a problem.it works out good for me.Good Product
