These are comfortable. Perfect fit. There is no pain in the heels. The arch is soft and anatomic. It is overall soft and cushioned. I bought it for walking on it for ~ 10hr/daily of shifts at work. Only problem is that the foot tends to slide a bit against the front, and at the end of the day, although the fabric is soft, this may become uncomfortable. When I am done with the shift, I do feel like taking them off to release the front. If only the front could be a bit higher to prevent this slide.
