They work best on ‘hot press watercolor paper if you are not applying water to them ( one project i do requires no water.. You can add water to them or use as is, depending on what effect you want to achieve. One thing I have found that is very important, you do not want to go back and forth with the Ecoline brush itself as it will peel the paper! I love this product!
