I'm glad I only spent $4. The item I received is not what was pictured. When I inspected the filter, the actual area or size of filter material is about half the size of what is pictured. The picture looks exactly like my old filter, but the filter I received is significantly smaller. Imagine missing several of the rows of filter material. The plastic is still formed to fit the Dustbuster and it will function, but you will need to change the filter much sooner. Also, the filtration materials run vertically (rather than horizontally in the picture), which again tells me I was given something other than what is pictured. For what little money I paid, I can live with it. It buys me time to find a proper replacement.I rated four stars because it will work just fine and "pretty" is not my concern for an interior part of a dustbuster. I will say, though, that all the gloppy hot glue around the edges of the plastic to hold the filter material in place makes it appear very cheaply manufactured. It will work just fine but it's certainly lower quality than what came with the vacuum originally.The good thing about Black and Decker dustbuster filters is that they're pretty standard, so odds are this will fit whatever dustbuster you have. My only complaint is that the picture doesn't show that this comes with the double action filter as well, which I didn't need. It's a plastic (no cloth) filter lined by black sealant plastic (search dustbuster double action filter and you'll see it in the photos) that didn't fit mine, so I wasted a few dollars paying for a part I didn't need. But on the bright side, the filters are reusable, so now that I have two I can switch out, I don't need to try and find another filter.What more is there to say? These filters are the ones you need for the Black & Decker Dust Buster wireless hand vac, model CWV9630. I have the lime green/white model, in case you have the same.If you're not sure what model you have, look under the vac, on there you should see a sticker where the electrical description of the vac is. There you'll see the model number next to where says Type 1.The filter itself is the original part as far as I'm concerned. It fist like the old one did and that's all I needed. At this price you should at least buy a couple, like I did, because these filters for some reason are hard to find localy. Good luck.When I purchased the CHV9610 Dustbuster 9.6 volt hand vac, Amazon had this listed as the replacement filter. This is not correct. This is wrong filter for the Black & Decker CHV9610 Dustbuster 9.6-Volt Cordless Hand Vac and I had to return it to Amazon for a refund. Fortunately, Amazon made that an easy chore. Still, it was an inconvenience. If you buy this hand vac, wait until you get it in hand to order more filters in order to get the correct one.I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. I haven't always had great luck with 3rd party vendors on Amazon but this was great. I got the filter in a few days, which is exceptional since I live in Maine. The part fits perfectly in the vacuum and the device has a ton of new power now that it has a good filter in it! I've used a Shop Vac to clean and keep the original filter usable!This is a good buy. I had trouble finding this replacement filter in local retail stores. I have ordered this products several times and it is perfect for my Black & Decker vacuum and, of course, always a great value through Amazon!I am not giving a one star review for the actual replacement filters but because they are the wrong replacement filters for the CHV9610 new model Black & Decker 9.6 Volt DustBuster. On the B & D box, it states the Replacement filter as VF110. These filters are suggested as a plus sell for this new DustBuster model and the seller should correct the website so others do not click on the DustBuster plus the replacement filters as I did. I ordered extra suppy of Replacement VF110 Filters and am returning these wrong filters for refund.
