Tight to begin with but you get used to it. These are the sorts of boxers you wear on a night out not lounging around the house. I would say the sizes are accurate.Update: quality of material does not wash well. Item has been sticking to my leg when sweating and the stitching has caused me horrible rashes and pain around my upper thighs. Ok I'm overweight but these items are 4xl and made of cotton they should not stick it irritate the skin as much. I'm now searching for anti chafe boxers.
