Exactly what I wanted. I'm replacing a pair that lasted me over a decade and I'm hoping these will do the same. Keep in mind these shoes are flat inside, so if you've never worn them before l, they may feel weird or even uncomfortable. Best thing about these shoes is that they seem to fit almost any casual or sporty look, which makes them a perfect shoe to own.Shoes fit perfectly.Any regular Converse wearer already knows how these shoes fit. They don't provide good arch support and they are not the most comfortable show, but if you've worn them for years, you're probably used to this!!If you're new to these shoes, Converse recommends getting a half size smaller and that advice is dead on. In the last 10 years or so, I've probably owned more than 20 different pairs (both high and low tops) purchased from many different sources and they all fit as expected when I get a half size smaller than my regular fit. Also, these shoes can sometimes feel like you're walking barefoot on the ground with a little padding. They aren't the worst shoe I've ever worn, but if you're looking for comfort for running, hiking or anything other than just walking around, you would be better off looking elsewhere. I find that Converse are mostly suited for style and design and they do it well! Despite that seemingly negative outlook, I love these shoes and wear them just about every day!! :) By the way, I have gone on multi-mile hikes with these and I can at least report that despite the lack of comfort, I survived without any blisters or any other issues other than tired feet.I somewhat expected that due to the lower price from the seller I purchased from, that the quality would be different than that of which would come directly from Converse, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were exactly the same. You don't always find the regular color high tops on sale due to their popularity, but sometimes you can luck out.I purchased these Chuck Taylors but did not wear them for over a month so zero refund for me. The soles fell off in two hours. These are cheap Chinese copy’s. Amazon should do something about sellers like this. The product is advertised as genuine Converse Chuck Taylors. They are not. The price is the same as a pair of genuine Chucks. Don’t buy anything from this seller. What a joke. After contacting Converse to inform them of the fakes being sold by this seller they requested that I send them the shoes as well as the Amazon sellers info. Maybe they’ll do somethingIt's a nice looking fun shoe, and it does what it's supposed to - it protects your feet from nails and concrete, and it say's something to your peer group.You know we had these as kids in the 60's. That's because that's all there was, that is until European products like Adidas made there way to America in the '70's with more advanced comfortable shoes, and then came Nike. We couldn't wait to ditch these Converses and embrace foot padding. I don't know why people would want to wear these styles anymore, as they have no padding compared to a modern shoe like a Nike or a New Balance. But then again, people sleep in tents sometimes instead of houses or hotels, so why not this? As I stated previously though, my kids like them and that's all that matters. For the price you can't go wrong!I bought these pair of shoes for my teenager. The product fits just right, the width is wide enough to be comfortable to wear many hours. The toe box has a good amount of space so your toes don’t feel squished.The shoe doesn’t have much arch support but you can always buy a arch support gel and insert it in the shoe. Loved the way they looked!Love these shoesThe great thing about Converse All Stars is that you don't have to worry about trying on a million different pairs. Once you know what size you wear, it is very easy to order them online or purchase them from a store without having to try them on.I absolutely love these shoes. Personally, I have around 50 pair. These black high tops, I ordered for my nephew because I feel like every child should grow up with a pair of Converse in their closet!This is a nice, classic look that can be worn in a variety of ways and for a variety of activities.Overall, I am super pleased with these shoes. My nephew was crazy excited for his new high tops and they fit exactly as we knew they would!I'm not happy with this purchase as the shoes doesn't match with description. Seller should be 100% clear on which side the converse logo is. It is on inside side of the shoes, so from outside they look like cheap Chinese rubbish. I'm returning this. As well, why I paid almost 10£ more than the price they are advertising now....pointless!!!!!!!First off, this is my personal opinion and feel free for the seller to reach out and if proved otherwise I'll delete.I have 6 pairs of converse but needed a new black pair. My other pairs have ALL been either purchased direct from the website or high street shops.Out of my 6 pairs 3 are made in India, so I compared the 3 real ones to this new addition.First of all the box is obviously fake. The picture of the converse shoe on the white label has been over sutured and is pixilated. Compare to sharp, high quality imaging on the real box.Next for the shoes itself the list is long so I'll list the difference I found.- label on the tongue written in bold at parts and to big spacing- stitching at the front which looks like a square is way to big- "All Stars" on the back is slightly bigger font- On the circle logo the "R" is to short and the "j" has a filled loop ( poor machinery )- Groves on the grip aren't defined, some parts are to big, the " x" is dreadful on the grip at the rear. The star on the grip is way over defined.The list goes on but you get the idea. It's very subtle things but if you compare to a like to like from India ( or in my case 3 ) ita very obvious. Having said that they're high quality fakes.I love my converse baseball boots I do,ideal for those summer months(where as the summer gone?and can we find it?)these are very comfy and feels like you're actually walking on air,and even sponged flooring too,feel so so nice,of course they do need wearing in a fair bit but after that?Hey they fit like a good glove,but gloves don't fit feet,have you seen anyone wearing gloves on their feet?and converse on their hands?well it's a good job you haven't seen me isn't it!!!!Good shoes, always liked them, BUT, the way I walk, I must put my toes down first, and the rubber splits from the fabric at the front, so they didn't last long and I do not wear converse high tops any more.Apart from that, they are great quality canvas shows, and very stylish!I would highly recommend that you buy a pair!If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.- Wide range of colours & designs available.
